Practicing yoga at your desk can rejuvenate your brain, and bring life back into your muscles.

Are your eyes burning and your back hurting from staring at that computer for hours and hours?

Take a break – close your eyes and let your breath travel around your body a little. Even if you are stuck in a cubicle with other people around you can do yoga at your desk. You will feel better and be more alert if you break away every hour or two and stretch some muscles.

If you work in an office where you can close your door then that’s even better. You can kick off your shoes, wiggle your toes, and maybe even sit on the floor.

In our society stress at work is a prevalent reason for hospital visits. Back pain, headaches and other stress related ailments are popular medical visit complaints. Take some time for yourself, for your health, and breathe a little.

Does your boss or co-worker aggravate you? Does someone require that you get 24 hours worth of work done in eight?

Too much work, not enough time. Is there simply not enough time in the day to get everything done? So here I am telling you to take some time out of that hectic schedule for yourself when you don’t have time to do what is expected of you?
