You Can Become a Yoga Instructor

How do you become a yoga instructor? There are many certification courses available out there. I certified through Aura Wellness Center, which is now in North Attleboro, MA. Paul Jerard is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified Master Yoga Instructor. He is also an accomplished martial Arts Instructor and multiple award winner.

Read this information written by Paul Jerard about becoming a yoga teacher.

Paul offers many options and a ton of information about all aspects of Yoga. The difference is in how he helps you to develop your skills and use them in the real world - today - not 5000 years ago. This ancient practice can be beneficial to people everywhere even in the 21st century.

During my very first yoga instructor class weekend, my instructor said something that always stayed with me. He said something like: There are many stressed out people in this world that need our help. As a yoga instructor you have a gift. This gift allows you to help people relieve stress in their lives. Relieving stress promotes a more peaceful world. Now go out there and relieve some stress - help some people.

By becoming a yoga instructor you can help people to relieve stress. When people feel better they are nicer to more people; there are more smiles and less anger.

My 200 hour certification course brought even more peace promoting avenues into my teaching. Paul Jerard's way of incorporating yoga into our lives and his interpretations (or his ability to let you make your own interpretations) of yoga philosophy make it all make sense.

To become a yoga instructor you need to have the passion for the practice and the passion to pass your knowledge on to others.

If you think you have what it takes ~ take Paul's advice - do what I did ~ research some training courses and set some goals.
